Position overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 4 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in St Albans.

  • Role responsibilities
  • Providing in-class support within a mainstream Year 4 setting.
  • Supporting pupils with a range of abilities to access the curriculum.
  • Delivering small group and 1:1 interventions in Maths and English.
  • Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management.
  • Promoting a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
