A warm and welcoming mainstream primary school in Kingston is currently seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to join their Year 2 team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic classroom environment and is committed to making a positive impact on pupils\β learning and development.
The Role:

Supporting multiple pupils in a Year 2 class with a range of SEN needs

Working closely with the class teacher to adapt resources and deliver tailored interventions

Supporting pupils in and out of the classroom, encouraging positive behaviour and engagement

Assisting with classroom routines, activities, and small group learning

Helping create an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Requirements:

Experience working with children with SEND (in a school or childcare setting)

A proactive and nurturing attitude

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A valid Child-Only Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one)

Full-time availability (Monday to Friday, 8:30am β 4:00pm)
