We are recruiting a Year 6 Primary School Teacher for a friendly and supportive primary school in West Drayton. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a welcoming team and make a real impact during an important stage of pupils' education as they prepare for secondary school. This is a full-time temporary role, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm.

The Role

  • Deliver engaging and creative lessons to a Year 6 class.
  • Support pupils' academic progress and personal development.
  • Prepare students for end-of-key-stage assessments.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Work closely with colleagues, parents, and support staff to help every child succeed.

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching in a primary school, ideally within Key Stage 2.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
