We are offering a fantastic opportunity to join a welcoming and supportive secondary specialist school in Abbots Langley. This position is available for an immediate start and provides the chance to work with a dedicated team who make a real difference every day.

As a Teaching and Learning Assistant, you will work across a range of classes, providing essential support to students with varying needs. Previous experience working with children in the UK is required.

The Role
  • Provide support across different classes, supporting students with SEND, SEMH and complex needs.
  • Support pupils in a 1:1 capacity and/or in small groups.
  • Collaborate with teachers to create a supportive and engaging environment for students.
  • Support pupils consistently whilst recognising and responding to their individual needs.
Requirements
  • Available Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:00 pm.
  • DBS checked or willing to apply for one.
  • Experience working with children in the UK.
  • Live in the Abbots Langley area or able to commute to the area.
