We are seeking a dedicated Special Needs Teaching Assistant to work closely with students and staff in a caring, inclusive school environment. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm, and is available for the full academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will provide tailored support to students with SEND, assisting in their learning and development
Help create a supportive, engaging, and safe environment for children with SEND
Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure the progress of SEND students
Work one-to-one with children with SEND to support them in achieving their developmental milestones
Foster positive relationships in the classroom and assist with behaviour managementThe Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience as a Special Needs Teaching Assistant or in a similar role within a primary school setting
A passion for supporting children with SEND and a commitment to making a positive impact
Available to start immediately and able to commit for the full academic year
Must have or be willing to obtain a Child-Only DBS check
Experience working with children, with references available
