We\βre looking for enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistants to become part of a welcoming and dedicated team at a specialist SEND school in Hemel Hempstead. This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm, with an immediate start.

The role begins with a two-week paid trial and is offered on a temp-to-perm basis, subject to successful completion of the trial.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one or small group support as a Teaching Assistant, tailored to individual pupils\β learning needs.
Work closely with class teachers to help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
Support pupils both in the classroom and throughout the school in your role as a Teaching Assistant.
Contribute to the academic, social, and emotional development of pupils with SEND.
Work collaboratively with fellow Teaching Assistants to ensure consistent, high-quality support for all learners.What We\βre Looking For:
