The Role
As a qualified teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment and supporting pupils to achieve their full potential.
Depending on the school and position, your responsibilities may include:
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons
- Differentiating learning to meet the needs of individual pupils
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively
- Assessing and monitoring pupil progress
- Supporting pupils with SEND and additional needs
- Building positive relationships with pupils and school staff
- Creating a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and other education professionals
- Supporting pupils' academic, social and emotional development
- Maintaining high standards of teaching and learning
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Must be based in Slough or willing to commute to Slough
- Available to work 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday
- Previous teaching experience is desirable
- Strong classroom and behaviour-management skills
- Good knowledge of the curriculum relevant to your teaching phase or subject
- Passionate about supporting pupils and helping them achieve their potential
- Reliable, professional and committed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Experience supporting pupils with SEND is advantageous

Pay rate is dependent on qualifications, experience and skills.
