Are you an organised, detail-driven administrator with strong SIMS experience? Do you want to play a key role in supporting student wellbeing and school success? We're looking for a proactive and reliable SIMS Administrator to join a thriving and supportive school community. This is more than just an admin role; you'll be at the heart of the school's daily operations, helping to ensure students are safe, supported, and present, while providing vital data that drives improvement.
What You'll Be Doing
- Taking ownership of student records on SIMS, ensuring everything is accurate, up to date, and compliant.
- Leading on daily attendance processes, monitoring, recording, and following up on absences quickly and effectively.
- Building positive relationships with parents and carers, communicating clearly about attendance matters.
- Managing sensitive student welfare data, including medical needs and allergies, with care and precision.
- Supporting safeguarding by keeping critical student information current and reliable.
- Producing insightful attendance reports to support school strategies and decision-making.
- Working closely with senior leaders and pastoral teams to support student success.
- Providing flexible administrative support across the school office.
