The Role:
- Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a pupil with SEND.
- Foster the growth and development of children, ensuring their educational journey begins on a positive note.
- Support children with additional needs, tailoring your approach to create a comfortable and inclusive learning environment.
- Build a positive rapport with the child and provide emotional support where required.
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create an engaging and stimulating environment.
- Encourage independence, confidence, and participation in learning activities.
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Polish and English.
- Available to work 08:30 to 16:00, Monday to Friday.
- Previous experience working with children in a school or alternative setting is desirable; however, candidates must have experience working with children in some capacity within the UK.
- Enjoy supporting children and helping them progress in their learning.
- Experience with SEND children is desirable, or a willingness to work with children with additional needs.
- Hold, or be willing to apply for, a Child Only Enhanced DBS certificate.
- Live in Slough or within a commutable distance.
- Available to attend a trial day on 2nd July 2026.
