About the role : As a Support Worker you will:

  • As a Support Worker, you will provide 1:1 support to children with special educational needs.

  • As a Support Worker, you will assist children during therapy sessions, helping them engage and benefit from the experience.

  • As a Support Worker, you will help prepare learning resources and activities to support students’ educational development.

  • As a Support Worker, you will be proactive in addressing and supporting the individual needs of each student.

We are looking for a SEND Support Worker for a School in the Twickenham area. The school caters exclusively to SEND pupils across all age groups (4 to 19 years old) and takes pride in its inclusive, multi-sensory, and motivating approach to education. This is a Mon- Fri 8:30am to 4pm position, starting January 2025. Prior experience working with children in the UK preferable., * Available to work Mon – Fri and available for a January 2025 start.

  • Hold a Child-Only DBS or be willing to apply for one.

  • Have prior experience working with SEND children, demonstrating an understanding of their needs.

  • Live in or have reliable transportation to commute to the Twickenham area.
