We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 5 Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming and supportive school in St Albans. This role focuses on supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm, with an immediate start available.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience working with children in the UK.
  • Experience supporting pupils with SEMH or additional needs is highly desirable.
  • A compassionate and patient approach, with the ability to help pupils thrive academically and emotionally.

The Role of a Special Needs Teaching Assistant:
