Overview
Primary School Teaching Assistant β Immediate Start. Are you interested in launching your career in education as a Primary Teaching Assistant? We are recruiting Primary Teaching Assistants to work in schools across Slough, supporting students with SEND. These are full time roles, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a school setting and have SEND experience whilst also being available the whole academic year.
Responsibilities
- Assist children in their learning and growth as a Primary Teaching Assistant
- Contribute to creating a safe, supportive & engaging learning environment
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure progress of students is prioritised
- Work 1:1 with the children to ensure they achieve their developmental milestones
Requirements
- Available Immediately
- Experience working in a secondary school as a Primary Teaching Assistant and supporting students with SEND
- Willing to support SEND children as a Primary Teaching Assistant
- Must have a CHILD ONLY DBS or willing to get one
- Have experience with children in the UK where you can provide a reference
- Live local to Slough or within a commutable distance
