Are you an experienced and passionate SEND School Teacher seeking a rewarding new role? Our partner school in Ealing is currently recruiting for a Secondary Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis. This is a unique opportunity to work within a specialist setting supporting pupils with complex physical, medical and learning difficulties, as well as SEMH needs, within a highly supportive and innovative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Teach and deliver engaging lessons tailored to pupils with a range of complex needs
  • Take on pastoral responsibility for a small group of pupils
  • Adapt and differentiate learning to meet individual needs, including SEND and SEMH
  • Create a safe, inclusive and structured learning environment
  • Monitor and track pupil progress, implementing interventions where required
  • Work closely with support staff to provide high-quality, personalised learning
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, carers and external professionals
  • Support pupils' personal development, wellbeing and independence
  • Uphold the school's values and commitment to inclusive education

Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working within a school setting
  • Experience supporting or teaching pupils with special educational needs
