We are working with a welcoming mainstream primary school in West London that is seeking a Level 3 qualified Nursery Nurse to join their on‑site nursery provision. This role involves supporting young children's early development within a structured, nurturing environment and working closely with the class teacher and wider staff team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the learning, play and development of children within the nursery setting.
  • Assist in delivering age appropriate activities that support early years development.
  • Promote a safe, caring and inclusive environment for all children.
  • Support children's social, emotional and communication development.
  • Work closely with the class teacher and other staff to support daily routines.
  • Observe children's progress and contribute to record keeping where required.
  • Follow safeguarding procedures and health and safety guidelines at all times.

What the role requires

  • A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years or Teaching Assistant qualification.
  • Previous experience working in a nursery setting, either school based or private.
  • A good understanding of early years development and learning through play.
  • A caring, patient and proactive approach.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • The ability to commute to the West London area.

Days and Hours of Work

8:20 am – 3:40 pm, Monday to Friday

Pay rate is dependent on qualifications, experience and skills.
