About the Role: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will provide 1:1 support to a student with autism, helping them navigate their educational journey and reach their developmental goals.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will support a small group of boys with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, helping them build resilience, confidence, and academic progress.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and SENDCo, who will provide comprehensive support throughout your role.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work in a structured environment with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) in place for all students, ensuring you have guidance and strategies to effectively support their needs.
We have an exciting full-time opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant in Heston! This is a full-time position, Mon – Fri 08:30am – 4pm, starting January 2025, prior experience working with children in the UK preferable., * Able to work full-time, Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, immediate start.

Previous experience in a school setting is a preferable, however, any professional experience working with children in the UK will be considered.

Willingness to provide personal care if needed and to support children with SEND.

Must have, or be willing to obtain, an enhanced Child-Only DBS check.

Ideally reside in or near Heston or have reliable transportation to commute to the area., You must be a UK resident or hold a full UK visa and be willing to complete a Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check.
