We are seeking a KS1 Teacher to start working in a fantastic school in the St Albans area! This is a full time position working 5 days a week and to be successful for this role you must be a qualified teacher and have previous teaching experience ideally.

The Role:

  • The role is for a full time KS1 Teacher, Monday to Friday 8am - 16:30pm
  • You will be required to demonstrate good knowledge of the KS1 National Curriculum, previous experience of working in KS1 is desirable but not essential
  • To mark and assess pupils' work, and to record their development, progress and attainment, both at school and elsewhere, having regard to the requirements of the national curriculum
  • Maintain good order, discipline and respect for others among pupils; to promote understanding of the school's rules and values; to safeguard health and safety; and to develop relationships with and between pupils conducive to optimum learning
  • Plan and prepare lessons to engage the children with their learning

  • You must have Qualified Teacher Status.
