Envision Education is currently recruiting a committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a school in Kingston. This is a full-time opportunity, Monday to Friday (8:30am-3:30pm), with an immediate start available. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting children and helping them reach their full potential, while gaining valuable experience within a school setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored one-to-one or small group support to pupils as a Learning Support Assistant
  • Assist teachers in delivering inclusive and engaging lessons
  • Support pupils with varying abilities, including those with additional needs such as ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning
  • Encourage pupils' independence, confidence, and social development
  • Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive classroom environment
  • Support with personal care where required

  • Previous experience working with children or young people in a professional setting
  • Experience supporting additional needs (desirable but not essential)
