As a SEND LSA, you will support pupils with PMLD, Autism, and complex needs in a supportive and inclusive school environment.
You must have experience working with children or young people in a professional setting, including SEN experience from a school, care, or residential background.
The Role:
- Support pupils with PMLD, Autism, and complex needs on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Assist with learning, communication, and personal development
- Create a safe, calm, and inclusive learning environment
- Build positive relationships and provide emotional support
- Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff
Requirements:
- Available 08:30-16:00, Monday to Friday
- Minimum 1 year experience working with children or young people (UK based)
- SEN experience in school, care, or residential settings
- Experience or willingness to support pupils with complex needs
- Enhanced Child and Adult DBS (or willingness to apply)
- Able to commute to Hounslow or live nearby
Pay rate is dependent on qualifications, experience and skills.
