We are recruiting for experienced Exam Invigilators for a fantastic mainstream secondary school in the Isleworth area, starting after the February half term. To apply for this role you must have a child workforce DBS on the update service.

The role:

  • Checking and setting up exam rooms, distributing exam papers, and ensuring exam materials are secure.
  • Helping candidates find their seats, answering questions, and ensuring they understand exam regulations.
  • Monitoring the children in exam conditions.
  • Reporting incidents to the exams team, contacting a first aider if a student is ill, and organizing the safe exit of candidates in an emergency.
  • Collecting exam scripts, checking names against the attendance register, and returning exam materials to the exams officer.

Requirements:

  • Available Monday - Friday, 8:15-11:30/12:00 or 12:30-3:00pm - This could also be a whole day shift.
  • Able to start immediately as an Exam Invigilator.
  • Must have previous exam invigilating experience.
  • Child workforce DBS checked on update service.
  • Experience working with children in the UK.
  • Live in the Isleworth (Hounslow) area or able to commute to the area.
  • Experience working with secondary/upper primary pupils open to working with secondary aged pupils.
