This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity , offering the potential to secure a permanent position within the school following a successful temporary placement.

The Role

As a

Qualified Primary Teacher , you will

  • Plan and deliver engaging, creative and inclusive lessons.
  • Teach and support pupils across the primary age range.
  • Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Differentiate lessons to meet the needs and abilities of all pupils.
  • Monitor, assess and track pupil progress.
  • Work closely with Teaching Assistants and other school staff.
  • Support pupils with SEND and additional learning needs.
  • Build strong and positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
  • Promote positive behaviour and high expectations.
  • Ensure the safeguarding, safety and wellbeing of all pupils.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will have

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.

  • A recognised teaching qualification.
  • Recent experience teaching within a UK primary school.
  • Full-time availability, Monday to Friday (8:30am - 4:00pm).
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • A genuine passion for teaching and supporting children's learning and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons.
  • Experience supporting pupils with SEND is desirable.
  • The ability to commute to or work within the

High Wycombe area.

Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
