Envision Education is looking for an enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant for a school in High Wycombe to start as soon as possible!
We're looking for Teaching Assistants who have worked with children, young people, or adults with special educational needs, or in a care setting. As a Teaching Assistant, you will apply the following:
- Being a talented, dedicated and highly motivated educator.
- Support children with emotional and behavioural difficulties to enable them to effectively access the curriculum.
- Display advanced levels of care, concern and ambition for our children.
- Have relevant skills and experience to serve a diverse student community including learners with ASC and SEMH.
- A positive and adaptable team player who brings humour to the classroom to facilitate a fun, effective learning experience for pupils.
- Be committed to prioritising rapid improvement and sustained academic excellence.
- Support SEND students and deliver activities on a 1:1 and small group basis.
- Experience in assessing, evaluating, and reporting on pupil progress.
Requirements:
- Available to work 08:30 to 16:00, Monday to Friday.
- Recent experience working with children in a school or alternate environment is preferential, but you must have previous experience with children in some capacity in the UK.
- Enjoy working with children and seeing them progress with their learning.
- Already have or willing to apply for a Child & Adult enhanced DBS.
- Either live in High Wycombe or within a commutable distance.
