Envision Education is currently recruiting for aTeaching Assistantto join a welcoming and inclusive school in Hemel Hempstead.This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm, with September 2026 starts available.

You will work closely with teachers to support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development, helping to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Support pupils individually, in small groups, and within the classroom.
- Assist the class teacher with delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Encourage pupils' confidence, independence, and positive behaviour.
- Support children with a range of learning abilities and additional needs where required.
- Help prepare classroom resources and learning materials.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
- Promote a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
- Follow safeguarding, behaviour, and school policies at all times.

Experience, Training and Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 months' UK experience working with children in a school, nursery, childcare, tutoring, sports coaching, youth work, or similar setting.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive, enthusiastic, and reliable approach.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
