We are currently working with a welcoming and supportive primary school that is looking for a Year 4 Teacher to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher or an ambitious ECT looking to develop their career within a positive and well-supported school environment.
The Role
- Teaching a Year 4 class across the full primary curriculum
- Planning and delivering engaging, creative and differentiated lessons
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Supporting pupils' academic, social and emotional development
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents
- Monitoring pupil progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching in a UK primary school, ideally within Key Stage 2
- Strong knowledge of the Year 4 curriculum
- Excellent classroom management skills
- A creative and engaging approach to teaching
- Passionate about helping children achieve their full potential
- Able to build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents
- Committed to creating an inclusive learning environment
