Envision Education is currently recruiting a committed and enthusiastic Secondary Teaching Assistant to join a school in Ealing. This is a full-time opportunity, Monday to Friday (8:30am-3:30pm), with an immediate start available.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and helping them reach their full potential, while gaining valuable experience within a secondary school setting.

Requirements and Skills
  • Empathy and patience with the ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support pupils' social and emotional development
  • A general understanding of core subjects such as English, Maths, and Science
  • Ability to support pupils with SEND and help overcome barriers to learning
  • Adaptability to work across a variety of secondary school subjects
  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualifications in Supporting Teaching and Learning are desirable but not essential
