Behaviour Mentor – Maidenhead Behaviour Mentor Wanted! Are you seeking a Behaviour Mentor position to help children develop? Do you love supporting children? We have an exciting opportunity in the Maidenhead area for a Behaviour Mentor. In this role, you will support children of all ages, particularly those with social, emotional, and mental health needs. The position requires patience and the ability to build strong relationships with students, especially those with challenging behaviour. No previous experience as a Behaviour Mentor is necessary, but you should have some professional experience with children and an understanding of the role’s requirements. The Role: As a Behaviour Mentor, you will support students with SEN to help them achieve their developmental milestones. Collaborate with staff to create an engaging learning environment. Ensure a safe and stimulating atmosphere for children. Provide support to children with social, emotional, and mental health needs.Requirements: Available to work 08:30 to 16:00, Monday to Friday. Recent experience with children in a school or similar environment is preferred; general experience with children in the UK is essential. Willingness to assist with personal care. Experience with SEND children is advantageous, but a willingness to work with those with SEN is a must.
