Envision Education is currently recruiting a committed and enthusiastic ASD Support Worker to join a school in Hounslow. This is a full-time opportunity, Monday to Friday (8:30am-3:30pm), with an immediate start available. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about supporting children, particularly those with ASD, and helping them reach their full potential, while gaining valuable experience within a school setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored one-to-one or small group support to pupils as an ASD Support Worker
  • Assist teachers in delivering inclusive and engaging lessons
  • Support pupils with varying abilities, including those with additional needs such as ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning
  • Encourage pupils' independence, confidence, and social development
  • Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive classroom environment
  • Support with personal care where required
