Envision Education is seeking dedicated and passionate Special Needs Teachers to join schools across West London. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Calling all Special Needs Teaching Assistants across West London—we’re also looking for supportive and enthusiastic staff to work alongside teachers to help children with additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH, reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons (for teachers) or provide one-to-one and small group support (for teaching assistants)
  • Support pupils with varying abilities, including those with additional needs
  • Implement individualized learning plans and monitor progress
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
  • Work closely with colleagues, parents, and pupils to support holistic development
  • Encourage pupils’ independence, confidence, and social skills
