Envision Education is looking for an enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant for a school in Slough to start as soon as possible.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will apply the following:
- Being a talented, dedicated and highly motivated educator
- Support children with emotional and behavioural difficulties to enable them to effectively access the curriculum
- Display advanced levels of care, concern and ambition for our children
- Have relevant skills and experience to serve a diverse student community including learners with ASC and SEMH
- A positive and adaptable team player who brings humour to the classroom to facilitate a fun, effective learning experience for pupils
- Be committed to prioritising rapid improvement and sustained academic excellence
- Support SEND students and deliver activities on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Experience in assessing, evaluating, and reporting on pupil progress
Requirements:
- Available to work 08:30 to 16:00, Monday to Friday
- Recent experience working with children in a school or alternate environment is preferential, but you must have previous experience with children in some capacity in the UK
- Enjoy working with children and seeing them progress with their learning
- Already have or willing to apply for a Child & Adult enhanced DBS
- Either live in Slough or within a commutable distance
