We are looking for an enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant for a school in Slough to start in September.

Responsibilities

  • Support children with emotional and behavioural difficulties to enable them to effectively access the curriculum.
  • Provide care, concern, and ambition for our children.
  • Serve a diverse student community, including learners with ASC and SEMH.
  • Act as a positive and adaptable team player, bringing humor to facilitate a fun, effective learning experience.
  • Prioritize rapid improvement and sustained academic excellence.
  • Support SEND students and deliver activities on a 1:1 and small group basis.
  • Assess, evaluate, and report on pupil progress.

Requirements

  • Available to work 08:30 to 15:30, Monday to Friday.
  • Recent experience working with children in a school or alternate environment is preferential; you must have previous experience with children in some capacity in the UK.
  • Enjoy working with children and seeing them progress with their learning.
  • Already have or willing to apply for a Child & Adult enhanced DBS.
  • Either live in Slough or within a commutable distance.

Pay rate is dependent on qualifications, experience and skills.
