Envision Education is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated education professionals to support a range of schools across West London. Opportunities are available on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday (8:30am-3:30pm), with immediate starts available.

These roles are ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting children and contributing to a positive school environment.

We are currently looking for:

  • Qualified Teachers (Primary & Secondary)
  • Teaching Assistants (TAs)
  • SEND Teaching Assistants
  • SEND Teachers

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide classroom support on a one-to-one or small group basis
  • Assist with the delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons
  • Support pupils with a range of abilities and additional needs
  • Help maintain a positive and structured learning environment
  • Promote good behaviour and pupil engagement
  • Encourage student confidence, independence, and progress
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff and wider school teams

We're Looking For

  • Availability to start immediately
  • Previous experience working with children in a professional setting
  • Experience supporting additional needs (desirable but not essential)
  • A patient, adaptable, and proactive attitude
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to support personal care where required
