We are partnering with a supportive, welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Richmond that is seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to join their team. This role involves providing support across a range of classes, working closely with teachers and other support staff to support pupils’ learning and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide classroom, 1:1 and small group support as a Teaching Assistant.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment.
  • Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
  • Observe and monitor pupils’ progress and share feedback with teachers.
  • Encourage pupils in their learning and support them in completing classroom activities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience working in a school or supporting children.
  • Experience working with children, with a reference to support it.
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
  • The ability to commute to Southall or live locally.

Pay rate is dependent on qualifications, experience and skills.
