We are recruiting passionate and dedicated SEND Instructors to support secondary-aged pupils across West London from September. We welcome candidates from a variety of subject areas, including English, Maths, Science, Humanities, ICT, PE, Arts, Vocational Studies, and more. This is a flexible role with full-time, part-time, and long-term opportunities available starting in September.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging lessons in your subject specialism to pupils with SEND
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for learners with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, and other learning difficulties
  • Adapt and personalise learning resources to meet individual needs
  • Promote positive behaviour, confidence, and independence
  • Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families to create an inclusive learning environment

What We're Looking For

  • Availability to start in September
  • Experience working with young people in education or training, ideally with SEND
  • Qualified Teachers, Unqualified Teachers, Tutors, Cover Supervisors, or Industry Specialists welcome
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills
  • A genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs and helping them achieve their potential
