We are recruiting SEND Teaching Assistants to work within a fantastic SEND School, located in the High Wycombe area. This will be a full time role, from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm.
As a SEND Teaching Assistant you will need to be confident supporting the children with their learning, development and personal growth. You must have worked with children in some capacity & be able to provide us with a reference relating to the role.
The Role- Support a child with their learning and development as a SEND Teaching Assistant
- Contribute to creating a safe, supportive & engaging learning environment
- Build a close bond with children to ensure they feel comfortable both inside & outside the classroom
- Communicate closely with colleagues to ensure progress of students is prioritised as an SEND Teaching Assistant
- Work 1:1 with the child to ensure they achieve their developmental milestones.

- Willing to support SEND children as a SEND Teaching Assistant
- MUST have a CHILD & ADULT DBS or willing to get one
- Has experience with children in some capacity you can provide a reference for
- Live local to High Wycombe or within a commutable distance
