We are recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to work within a fantastic SEN School, located in the High Wycombe area. This will be a full time role, from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant you will need to be confident supporting the children with their learning, development and personal growth. You must have worked with children in some capacity & be able to provide us with a reference relating to the role.

The Role

  • Support a child with their learning and development as a SEN Teaching Assistant
  • Create a safe, supportive & engaging learning environment
  • Build a close bond with children to ensure they feel comfortable both inside & outside the classroom
  • Communicate closely with colleagues to ensure progress of students is prioritised
  • Work 1:1 with the child to ensure they achieve their developmental milestones

Requirements

  • Available Immediately
  • Willing to support SEN children as a SEN Teaching Assistant
  • Must have a child & adult DBS or willing to obtain one
  • Have experience with children in some capacity and can provide a reference for it
  • Live local to High Wycombe or within a commutable distance
