Envision Education is currently recruiting a committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a school in Ealing. This is a full-time opportunity, Monday to Friday (8:30am–3:30pm), with an immediate start available.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting children and helping them reach their full potential, while gaining valuable experience within a school setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide tailored one-to-one or small group support to pupils as a Learning Support Assistant
- Assist teachers in delivering inclusive and engaging lessons
- Support pupils with varying abilities, including those with additional needs such as ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
- Promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning
- Encourage pupils’ independence, confidence, and social development
- Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive classroom environment
- Support with personal care where required
- Availability to start immediately
- Previous experience working with children or young people in a professional setting
- Experience supporting additional needs (desirable but not essential)
- A patient, adaptable, and proactive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting pupils’ learning and development
