We are currently recruiting a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join a fantastic school in Bracknell. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, starting immediately!

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Encouraging the participation of all students in activities and promoting teamwork and sportsmanship.
  • Supervising classes and delivering pre-planned lessons across different age groups.
  • Maintaining a positive and safe environment for all students.
  • Communicating clearly and confidently to keep students engaged and on task.
  • Managing sports equipment and resources effectively.
  • Creating a supportive and inclusive atmosphere that motivates students to do their best.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Availability: Able to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, starting immediately.
  • Experience: Recent experience working with children or young people in the UK is essential. Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor, Sports Coach, or Teaching Assistant is highly desirable.
  • Compliance: Must have, or be willing to obtain, an enhanced Child Only DBS check.
  • Location: Ideally live in or near Bracknell, or have reliable transport to commute to the area.
  • Pay rate is dependent on qualifications, experience and skills.
