Job Description

Considering the ongoing expansion of EAUK, an Admin Assistant is required within the Engineering department to support the delivery of current and future projects. The Admin Assistant will support the Engineering team by handling a wide range of administrative tasks.

Outline and Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to Engineering Management and Providing general administrative support to Engineering and other department functions as required.
  • General office duties and coordination of team events.
  • Coordinate travel for the team and external suppliers.
  • Interface with all levels of the organization and external parties in a professional and effective manner.
  • Support raising purchase orders including management of PO/GR forecast/actual schedule.
Qualifications
  • 4 or 5 GCSEs at grades 9 to 4 (A* to C), or equivalent, including English and Maths.
  • Admin experience (1-2 years).
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Computer literate with experience of using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Good written, communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Experience of working in a customer facing role.
  • Capex and revenue budget knowledge is an advantage.
