This is an entry-level role designed for confident, outgoing individuals who want to build a long-term career in recruitment. We are particularly interested in individuals looking to transfer from an engineering or technical background into a commercial, people-focused role. If you have worked in engineering, manufacturing, automotive, electrical, mechanical or similar technical environments and are looking for a new direction, this could be the ideal move. No previous recruitment experience is required. We provide a structured, top-class training programme that will give you everything you need to succeed in technical recruitment.

- Identifying and attracting engineering and technical professionals

- Managing candidate pipelines and CRM systems
- Learning commercial awareness including rates, margins and client management
