About Envisage Recruitment: Envisage Recruitment is a specialist engineering and automotive recruitment business supporting OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers across the UK and internationally. Our growth is driven by long-standing client relationships, strong contractor delivery, and a reputation for doing things properly. Due to continued success and increasing client demand, we are expanding our delivery team and are looking to hire up to four consultants across varying levels of experience.
The Opportunity: This is a genuinely flexible opportunity designed to attract good people rather than force them into a predefined box. We are open to hiring:
- Recruiters with solid delivery experience who want to deepen their client exposure
- Senior Consultants who enjoy running accounts and mentoring others
- Experienced recruiters or managers who still enjoy billing while shaping team growth
You will primarily support established automotive clients, working on a mix of contract and permanent engineering roles.
Key Responsibilities (adjusted by level):
- Managing and delivering roles for existing automotive and engineering clients
- Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines
- Developing trusted client relationships through consistent delivery
- Supporting account growth and repeat business
- Mentoring junior team members (senior/management level)
- Contributing to process improvement and team development as the business grows
