Purpose of the Role
Support the successful integration of four Customer Experience (CEX) teams into a unified operating model. You will deliver robust process mapping to clarify responsibilities, establish new ways of working, and ensure effective delivery within the newly structured organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Mapping: Lead end-to-end process mapping across CEX functions and adjacent teams, including Regions/Markets and Enterprise teams.
- Documentation: Collaborate with project leads to build a process inventory and document current and future state processes in AIRS (Business Process Management tool).
- Stakeholder Engagement: Gather insights and validate process designs by engaging with stakeholders across various regions, brands, and functions.
- Optimization: Identify duplication, inefficiencies, and specific opportunities for process improvement.
- Governance: Clarify responsibilities and accountabilities for tasks, activities, sign-offs, and decisions (RACI).
- Integration: Document hand-offs and interactions between teams across multiple processes.
- Org Design: Contribute to detailed organization design, transition planning, and change impact assessments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Programme/Project Managers, People Partners, and Change Managers to ensure timely delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
- Technical: Proven experience in business analysis and process mapping using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, or Signavio.
- Facilitation: Strong workshop facilitation skills to drive discovery and validation sessions.
- Environment: Experience in large-scale transformation programmes and navigating complex matrix environments.
- Soft Skills: Comfortable with ambiguity, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Domain Knowledge: Experience in automotive, digital, or customer experience (CEX) domains is highly desirable.
