Roofer / Fitter – Automotive Conversions (Full-Time, Permanent)
📍 Banbury | 💰 From £30k plus depending on experience | 🕒 Monday–Friday (No Weekends)
About the Opportunity
We’re working with a leading UK manufacturer in the Automotive conversion space, known for delivering high-quality, bespoke vehicles at scale. With a strong reputation for craftsmanship and innovation, they are continuing to grow and are now looking to expand their production team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, hands-on environment where you’ll play a key role in building vehicles designed for travel, freedom, and adventure.
The Roles Available
- Fitters
- Install interior units and furniture
- Carry out electrical work
- Assist with gas system installations
- Cut and prepare van shells
- Install windows, lighting, and pop-top roofs
- Fit carpet lining and flooring
- Prepare and assemble furniture units
- Support pre-installation work for electrics and gas
What We’re Looking For
- A practical, hands-on approach
- Basic DIY or technical skills (beneficial but not essential)
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
