About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our Client's team and contribute to a variety of commercial and residential projects. You will deliver high-quality designs that meet current legislation, industry best practice, and local authority standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on projects ranging from highway improvements to multi-storey developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design infrastructure, external works, and drainage for commercial and residential projects.
  • Manage projects from appraisal through planning and detailed design stages.
  • Develop earthworks strategies and oversee related design requirements.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate project records and manage timelines effectively.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years post-graduate experience in a consultancy environment.
  • Strong knowledge of house building and development engineering.
  • Experience with major and minor commercial and residential developments.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Civils 3D, Site 3D, and Flow software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
