Roofer / Fitter – Automotive Conversions (Full-Time, Permanent)

📍 Banbury | 💰 From £30k plus depending on experience | 🕒 Monday–Friday (No Weekends)

About the Opportunity

We’re working with a leading UK manufacturer in the Automotive conversion space, known for delivering high-quality, bespoke vehicles at scale. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, hands-on environment where you’ll play a key role in building vehicles designed for travel, freedom, and adventure.

The Roles Available

  • Fitters
    • Install interior units and furniture
    • Carry out electrical work
    • Assist with gas system installations
  • Roofers
    • Cut and prepare van shells
    • Install windows, lighting, and pop-top roofs
    • Fit carpet lining and flooring
  • Conversion Preppers
    • Prepare and assemble furniture units
    • Support pre-installation work for electrics and gas

What We’re Looking For
