What You’ll Do

• Assist with civil design projects – roads, drainage, access junctions & infrastructure.
• Support Section 278 & Section 184 designs under guidance of senior engineers.
• Prepare technical drawings, reports, and documentation.
• Learn and apply national design standards and best practice.
• Collaborate with clients, local authorities, and project teams.
• Build your skills with mentoring, training, and real project experience.

Who You Are

• Recent Civil Engineering graduate (BEng/MEng) or near completion.
• Keen to learn and develop in a professional environment.
• Interest in highways, drainage, and infrastructure design.
• Proficient or keen to learn AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar software.
• Strong communicator, organised, and motivated.

Bonus Points

• Internship or placement experience in civil engineering.
• Interest in pursuing ICE, CIHT, or CIWEM chartership.
• Exposure to vehicle tracking or drainage software (Flow/MicroDrainage).
