Hours: Full-time (4 or 5 days per week, with flexibility to meet business needs)

Following a recent refurbishment, our practice offers a bright, modern environment equipped with advanced technology, including CBCT scanning, intraoral scanners, and a fully digital workflow.

About the role: As Clinic Manager, you'll work closely with both the Principal Clinician and the Director of Clinic Support, following Envisage Dental's successful "Three-Legged Stool" approach, balancing the needs of your team, your patients, and the business. You'll have the autonomy to lead the day-to-day operation of the practice while benefiting from the support, guidance, and experience of a wider leadership team that's committed to helping you succeed.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team of dental professionals
  • Oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice, ensuring compliance and operational excellence
  • Drive business performance through effective financial management, KPI monitoring, and local marketing initiatives
  • Deliver an exceptional patient experience while maintaining the highest standards of clinical governance and patient safety
  • Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture where colleagues feel supported, engaged, and empowered to succeed

About you: We're looking for an experienced Dental Manager with at least three years' leadership experience, ideally managing teams of 15 or more people. You'll be a confident, approachable leader with strong commercial awareness and excellent organisational skills. Comfortable working with both people and performance, you'll enjoy developing teams, building lasting relationships, and taking ownership of the continued success of the practice. Most importantly, you'll share our passion for delivering outstanding patient care while creating an environment where both patients and colleagues feel genuinely valued.
