Hours: Part-time (23.25 hours per week)

Working days:

  • Tuesday: 8:45am – 5:00pm
  • Thursday: 8:45am – 6:00pm
  • Friday: 7:45am – 4:30pm

The Role

We are looking for a friendly, organised Dental Receptionist to join us part-time. You will be the first smile our patients see each day, creating a positive first impression and ensuring every visit runs smoothly. This is a key front-of-house position where your communication skills, attention to detail, and caring nature make a real difference to patients’ experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients warmly and deliver excellent customer service
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and patient enquiries
  • Manage appointment bookings and maintain an accurate diary
  • Support patients with treatment information and follow-up processes
  • Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with data protection standards
  • Coordinate with clinicians and the nursing team to support the smooth running of the day
  • Carry out general administrative duties as required
