Lead our front-of-house team and help shape an outstanding patient experience. Sherwood Dental Care is a well-established, 8-surgery multi-disciplinary dental practice in the north of Nottingham. Based in a large detached property with convenient on-site parking, we are proud of our warm, friendly reputation within the community and our strong, supportive team culture. We are now seeking an experienced and confident Head Receptionist / Reception Manager to oversee our busy reception team and ensure the smooth and professional running of our front-of-house operations. This is a full-time position, and salary will be dependent on experience.
About the Role
As the face of our practice, you will play a key leadership role in delivering exceptional patient service and ensuring operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, supporting, and developing the reception team
- Overseeing day-to-day reception operations, rotas, and workflows
- Maintaining high standards of patient care and communication
- Managing appointment diaries across a multi-specialist environment
- Handling escalated patient queries with professionalism and empathy
