We are recognised as the leading practice for adult and cosmetic orthodontics in the region, delivering clinical excellence with warmth, integrity, and a truly personalised approach. Our practice is fully digital, equipped with three intra-oral scanners, enabling you to focus on delivering high-quality, stress-free clinical care in a modern, supportive environment.
We are seeking a confident, skilled, and progressive Orthodontic Therapist who is passionate about transforming smiles, enhancing patient confidence, and raising the standard of orthodontic care. You will work closely with Dr Bim Sawhney, Orthodontic & Clinical Lead (and IAS Clinical Mentor), alongside our wider clinical team, to deliver outstanding orthodontic care within a forward-thinking, fully private setting. This role offers a mixed clinical and administrative workload, with the future opportunity for some administrative duties to be completed remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality orthodontic treatment under the prescription of Dr Bim Sawhney
- Support predominantly adult orthodontic treatments, including Invisalign, fixed appliances, and retainers
- Assist in treatment planning and workflows for both clear aligners and fixed appliances
- Provide a relaxed, patient-centred experience in a fully private environment
- Confident use of intra-oral scanners, clinical photography, and the Invisalign portal
- Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate, detailed clinical records
- Uphold the highest standards of cross-infection control and clinical governance
- Deliver exceptional chairside communication, education, and reassurance
- Contribute positively to a collaborative, supportive team culture
What We’re Looking For
Ideally, you will have at least two years’ post-qualification experience and take genuine pride in delivering outstanding patient care. You will be clinically confident, digitally capable, and committed to maintaining exceptional standards.
