Ivory Dental is a modern private practice in Horsforth, Leeds, known for its personalised approach and warm, supportive environment. We’re looking for a friendly and organised Dental Receptionist who enjoys being the first point of contact for patients and takes pride in delivering a high standard of front‑of‑house service. Previous dental experience is highly desirable, but we’re also open to candidates with strong reception and administrative experience from other professional settings.

What’s on Offer

  • Full‑time, permanent role (approximately 38 hours per week)
  • Working pattern: Monday to Friday, with start times between 8:00–8:15am and some evenings until 7:00pm

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome patients and provide a professional, friendly front‑of‑house experience
  • Manage the appointment diary efficiently, including bookings, cancellations and follow‑ups
  • Handle phone calls, emails and general enquiries
  • Maintain accurate patient records and support administrative processes
  • Assist with patient communication, including reminders and post‑appointment follow‑up
  • Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a smooth and positive patient journey

What We’re Looking For

  • Dental experience is preferred, but not essential
  • Strong front‑of‑house reception and administrative experience
  • Excellent communication skills with a calm and approachable manner
  • Well organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident using practice management systems and handling patient enquiries
  • A team player who enjoys creating a positive patient experience
