Your Role
As our Lead Dental Nurse, you’ll play a key role in both clinical and practice support. This includes:
- Leading and supporting a nursing team of two nurses
- Training and mentoring trainees if and when needed
- Overseeing audits, compliance, and stock ordering
- Acting as Decontamination Lead
- Taking on additional skills such as First Aid and Fire Marshall responsibilities – with training
- Supporting a full range of treatments including periodontics, implants, oral surgery, and sedation (with training provided if needed)
You’ll typically work across four nursing days plus one administrative day, giving you a balance of clinical and leadership responsibilities.
